Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union (WWFCU) is thrilled to announce that it’s expanding its schedule to include Wednesdays. The decision to add the extra day was motivated by member requests and the credit union’s desire to better meet its members’ needs.
“We realize that our members need to be able to come in to the credit union when it best suits their schedule,” explained Thelma Dasho, CEO of WWFCU. “Our goal is to be there when our members need us, so we decided to start adding Wednesdays to our days of operation.”
To launch its first official Wednesday on July 11, 2018, WWFCU is celebrating with a month of Wonderful Wednesdays:
Welcome Wednesday – July 11
Visit us during our branch lobby hours to get some fun WWFCU freebies. The first 20 members in the door get a free t-shirt.
Wealthy Wednesday – July 18
From personal money management to debt counseling, our Partner GreenPath will be in our branch to help WWFCU members for FREE from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Getaway Wednesday – July 25
Looking for a little summer fun? Stop by to enter a raffle to win a pair of Cedar Point tickets. We’ll be giving away two pairs to members.
Wishful Wednesday – August 1
Help WWFCU raise donations for the Community Social Services of Wayne County, an agency that provides a wide range of services for everyone from infants to senior citizens. WWFCU will be posting to its social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) throughout Wonderful Wednesdays using the hashtag #Wednesdays4U.
